Read this carefully: Dr Yuen's Teleseminars and Teleclinics are almost always filled to capacity. Therefore, refunds are only given for technical difficulties and not in cases where you just 'forgot' to call in. If you could not get in on the call due to technical difficulties on our end, let us know immediately by email (support@ymseminars.com) or by phone (530 925 2845) . Refunds for any reason will not be given after 24 hours. Recordings are usually available for purchase.
